    I always thought it was stupid too, but then I remembered if it works for possums and dogs, it might work for people as well.

    I wish I had all this information when I was lost on a deserted island with man-eating bears, panthers, and alligators attacking me while I lacked any effective weapons to fight them off, and without access to clean drinking water, and no electricity...and oh yeah...then it started snowing too.
